Head of Marketing & Communication

We are looking for an innovative Head of Marketing and Communication to be in charge of the design and implementation of strategies to strengthen the group’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to address long term trends, risks and opportunities
  • Drive the hotels’ revenue through setting up of marketing programs and follow through on the execution of such programs
  • Supervise the marketing team
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for key events, promotional events and advertising
  • Track return on investment of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising
  • Responsible for online content management, manage the hotels web traffic, develop direct and semi-direct channels to check and improve the Internet presence of the hotels
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and main competitor’s marketing movements
  • Manage and control marketing budgets throughout year
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the press/ public relations activities

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of increased level of responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
