Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate overall operations
- Ensure development, training and motivation of all the staff
- Foster a climate of cooperation and effective communication amongst team
- Develop and continuously improve the food and beverage strategy
- Responsible of guest satisfaction target
- Manage expenses and monitor sales & profits
A university degree / diploma in hotel management or any related field
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 3 to 4 years’ experience as an F&B Director would be a definite advantage.
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Outgoing personality
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
