Sales Executive – Pointe d’Esny Le Village


Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée is one of the main economic players in the Southeast of the island. We have considerably diversified activities over the past fifteen years into key sectors such as diversified agriculture, hospitality and property development.

Committed to harmonious, balanced, and sustainable development of the southeast, we are looking for a high-performing and trustworthy Sales Executive to reinforce our Sales Team.


  • Identify emerging markets and markets shifts
  • Carry out new sales prospects on the local and international market
  • Handle long sales cycles with high-net-worth individuals
  • Lead negotiations up to signature and ensure follow up on client files
  • Maintain relationships with local and international customers by providing information, support, and guidance
  • Prepare sales reports and dashboards
  • Work on the marketing strategy


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or any related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate sector (at least 5 years of experience)
  • Good command of both written/oral French and English
  • High level of proficiency on Microsoft Suites
  • Communication skills & Negotiation expertise
  • Self-motivator and passionate with strong interpersonal relationships skills
