We are currently looking for a meticulous IT Technician with the capability to be pro-active and resourceful. The right candidate will also have the responsibility of developing and improving IT policies to align with the new realities, standards and needs.


  • Manage all IT infrastructure in five different sites for a total of 50 users
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to the organisation
  • Ensure proper installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems, software’s, and networks
  • Set up new end-users’ accounts and profiles
  • Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting to resolve software and hardware issues
  • Ensure proper back up has been run daily for all servers within the organisation
  • Provide trainings to users of the systems to ensure that they make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure
  • Manage IT Assets by keeping a records of their allocations
  • Follow up maintenance of UPS
  • Repair and replace equipment as and when required
  • Develop and maintain local networks to optimise performance
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on current procedures and systems
  • Find quotes for hardware and software purchases or any IT related matters whenever required
  • Liaise with all IT related service providers
  • Respond to auditors’ queries for IT related matters
  • Perform any related administrative task
  • Participate in establishing yearly IT budget (Capex and operations)


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as IT Technician or relevant position
  • Certifications as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Great understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
