We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

KNOW-HOW:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Record and relay messages efficiently
  • Answer promptly to telephone and visitors’ queries
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Ensure that workstation remains tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Record daily attendance of office attendants
  • Receive, sort and distribute correspondences
  • Organise internal and external dispatch
  • Prepare daily postage, dispatch accordingly and keep a record in the logbook
  • Monitor inventory of stamps and prepare list for purchase as and when required
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum HSC holder
  • Certificate in secretarial studies would be an advantage
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Conversant with MS Office
