We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
KNOW-HOW:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Record and relay messages efficiently
- Answer promptly to telephone and visitors’ queries
- Receive visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Ensure that workstation remains tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Record daily attendance of office attendants
- Receive, sort and distribute correspondences
- Organise internal and external dispatch
- Prepare daily postage, dispatch accordingly and keep a record in the logbook
- Monitor inventory of stamps and prepare list for purchase as and when required
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum HSC holder
- Certificate in secretarial studies would be an advantage
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Conversant with MS Office
